2,397 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in the North in the past 24 hours – the highest daily total recorded in Northern Ireland since the start of the pandemic.
There have also been additional 9 covid-related deaths reported in the North today.
388 patients are currently being treated for the disease in hospitals north of the border, with 47 of those in ICU.
