HSE urge unvaccinated people in Donegal to avail of pharmacy vaccines

The HSE have reiterated their appeal for those who are currently unvaccinated to utilise the numerous community pharmacies in Donegal that are offering Covid-19 vaccination services.

Edel Quinn, Acting Chief Officer, Community Healthcare Organisation Area 1 which covers Donegal, Sligo and Leitrim says support from pharmacies is instrumental in ensuring access to vaccines for people in the community who may not be in a position to travel to a vaccination centre.

In a statement the HSE are encouraging people across Donegal to utilise pharmacy vaccinations if they are currently unvaccinated.

There are now almost 50 pharmacies across County Donegal that are offering a Covid-19 vaccination service for anyone over the age of 12.

All you need to do to book an appointment is contact your local pharmacy.

You can find your nearest pharmacy offering vaccinations via the HSE website, HSE.ie
