A man has died following a fire at a house in the Clooney Terrace area of Derry last evening.
Police received a report of the fire shortly before 5pm and emergency services were deployed.
Police Inspector Lavery confirmed today that the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Enquiries are ongoing but police say at this time, they are not treating the death as suspicious.
