Carbon emissions reduced less last year than in 2019 – despite Covid lockdowns.

The Environmental Protection Agency says they dropped by 3.6 per cent – compared to 4 per cent the previous year.

Transport emissions fell by 15.7 per cent last year, due to strict restrictions.
