Letterkenny University Hospital is once again the most overcrowded in Ireland today.
As of this morning, there were 59 people awaiting admission with 19 on trolleys in its Emergency Department and a further 40 waiting on wards or in overflow areas.
The number waiting is up three on yesterday’s figure of 56.
Nationally, there were 418 admitted patients are waiting for beds this morning, according to today’s INMO Trolley Watch.
