Slaughtneil booked their place in the Derry Senior Football Championship decider after they beat Lavey 1-13 to 2-06 after extra time in Owenbeg.
The sides finished finished level on 1-09 to 2-06 after full time but the reigning champions finished extra time stronger and outscored Lavey four points to no score to claim victory.
They will face either Loup or Glen in the decider next Sunday.
