There were 46 people awaiting admission to Letterkenny University Hospital this morning according to the latest trolley watch report.
11 people were on trolleys in its Emergency Department while a further 35 were waiting on wards.
It is once again the second most overcrowded hospital in Ireland today.
Nationally, 288 admitted patients were waiting for beds this morning, 212 patients are waiting in the emergency department, while 76 are in wards elsewhere in the hospital.
