A Letterkenny Councillor says many smaller roads in and around Letterkenny are effectively being used as relief roads, and traffic on them is increasing steadily.
Cllr Ciaran Brogan will tell a meeting of the Letterkenny Milford Municipal District today that traffic counters should be put on a number of roads to show the extent to which this is happening.
He says this will ensure the council is aware of the extent of what is happening, and also help in funding applications to government………..
