Ulster house prices to increase 7% in 2022

Property prices are expected to increase by 5% this year.

The latest review by the Society of Chartered Surveyors predicts the median price of a home here to rise by almost €14,000.

A 7% increase is expected in Connacht and Ulster.

President of the SCSI, TJ Cronin, says he expects a sharp increase in prices in the first three months of the year:
