Over 4,000 beagle dogs were rescued from a life destined for lab tests in America.
They were retrieved from a setting in Virginia which bred the dogs for the purpose experimenting new drugs on the animals.
Shelter workers say the dogs getting their vaccinations and being checked over before being put up for adoption.
