A person is due in court after an garda operation in Ballybofey yesterday following numerous reports of a car being driven dangerously in the area.
In a social media post after the incident, gardaí say when the vehicle was located it was established that the driver had no licence or insurance.
The driver was then arrested on suspicion of drink driving, and the vehicle was seized.
