A car has been seized in South Donegal.
A checkpoint was being carried out by Gardai in the Ballyshannon area yesterday morning when they observed a vehicle turning away from them.
The vehicle was subsequently stopped and it was established that the driver did not have a driving licence and the car was not taxed, insured or tested.
The motorist is due to appear in court.
