There has been another development in the Robert Troy scandal, as the Junior Minister has admitted to today’s Sunday Times that one of his former rental properties was not registered with the Residential Tenancies Board – even though that is required by law.
This comes after Deputy Troy had to make seven total amendments to the Register of Members interests in the Dail, as he had not disclosed some of his property ownerships and transactions as required to each year, as far back as 2018.
The People Before Profit TD Paul Murphy has filed a formal complaint to the Standards in Public Office Commission, asking for an investigation into these new disclosures to be carried out.
