Man charged with several offences after weekend County Tyrone assault

Police have charged a 43-year-old man with a number of offences including assault occasioning actual bodily harm, grievous bodily harm with intent and threats to kill.

It’s after an incident in County Tyrone in the early hours of yesterday morning, where a man was left with multiple slash wounds following an attack in the village of Ballymagorry.

The suspect is expected to appear before Dungannon Magistrates’ Court today.
