An Inishowen mother has been forced to keep her children off school today due to the lack of school buses available.
As many as 50 children in parts of North Inishowen are without school transport.
Bus capacity issues continue to affect students in the Glengad, Malin, Culdaff, Carndonagh and Clonmany areas.
Speaking on today’s Nine til Noon show, mother Georgina explained that her children, a first and sixth year students, were unable to go to school today because she wasn’t sure if they would be able to get the school bus home.
She says the lack of school transport is causing stress for both parents and students…
