Flights resume at Donegal Airport following Aer Lingus disruption

Flights have resumed at Donegal Airport today, after flights yesterday had to be delayed and cancelled due to an Aer Lingus system outage.

A coach replacement service was put in place to transport passengers to Dublin after flights couldn’t leave the ground yesterday.

However normal service has now been returned at the Airport, with flights to the capital expected to go ahead as normal today.

The Aer Lingus outages brought major chaos to passengers travelling to and from Dublin Airport yesterday, with over 5o flights being cancelled, and many passengers being stranded at Terminal 2 or abroad unable to get home.
