McConalogue “relieved” to be staying in his department

The new government is beginning its first week in office after Taoiseach Leo Varadkar replaced Michael Martin over the weekend.

While a number of Ministers changed department, there was no change to the senior ministerial line up.

Minister Charlie McConalogue says he doesn’t underestimate the challenges that lie ahead for the farming and fisheries sector, but says he’s relieved to be staying in his department………..
