The Cathaoirleach of the Lifford Stranorlar Municipal District says ‘a lot of nonsense’ needs to be cut out to allow a number of housing developments get off the ground.
Councillor Patrick McGowan claims there are a number of developments in the pipeline in the Stranorlar area but minor issues are resulting in delays.
He believes there needs to be a joint up approach to get projects over the line:
