The Crossroads and Killygordan Playgroup have been awarded a grant of €75,000 through Pobáil.
The grant is to cover the installation of solar PV panels, heat pumps and LED lights.
Cathaoirleach of the Lifford-Stranorlar Municipal District, Cllr. Patrick McGowan has welcomed the grant, saying many facilities are struggling with increasing prices:
