Leakage reduction works to take place in Drumkeen

Works to reduce water leaks in the Drumkeen area are set to get underway in the coming week.

1,300 metres of aged water mains are to be replaced with new modern pipes in Aughagault.

Uisce Eireann says once operational, the new pipes will put a stop to bursts, outages and leakage and give customers much more confidence in their local water supply.
