The Derry Minors won a 16th Ulster title on Sunday but needed penalties to see off Monaghan.
It finished 1-15 to 3-9 at the end of extra time at The Athletic Grounds in Armagh.
Derry would hold their nerve to win 4-2 on spot kicks, and give the county their first minor crown since 2020.
