Nicola Sturgeon has been released without charge pending further investigation.
It’s after she was arrested in connection with the ongoing investigation into the funding and finances of the Scottish National Party.
The 52-year-old was being questioned by Police Scotland detectives.
Scotland’s former first minister’s arrest came after her husband Peter Murrell was arrested in April.
