Poll reveals majority of NI residents believe flow of goods between UK and EU is good

Brexit, October 31st

It’s thought the majority of people in Northern Ireland now believe the mechanism managing the flow of goods moving between the UK to the EU, is a good thing.

A poll by Queen’s University Belfast suggests 61% of residents think the rules – including the Windsor Framework – would successfully manage the effects of Brexit.

Unionist parties strongly opposed the initial protocol, arguing it created a border in the sea.
