It’s feared the new Troubles Legacy Bill in Northern Ireland will negatively impact on victims’ attempts to get compensation from the British government.
A new report from researchers at Queen’s University has found that most victims of the Troubles were inadequately compensated for the death of their loved one.
The research shows some victims’ families received as little as 43 pounds to bury a murdered family member.
