Donegal champions Naomh Muire Íochtar na Rosann just lost out against Antrim champions St Joseph’s in their Ulster Ladies Intermediate Club Championship Preliminary Round game at The Banks.
The west Donegal side put up a great performance but were eventually beaten by 5-9 (24) to 4-10 (22). At one stage they were ten points behind but they put in a great final quarter but despite their best efforts just lost out.
