A Letterkenny councillor says Government failed to properly take stock of the resources available in Ireland before taking in Ukrainian refugees.
Cllr. Gerry McMonagle says Minister Roderic O’Gorman is now trying to put out fires as pressure mounts on the housing system, healthcare system and education system.
Cllr. McMonagle added that while it was the right thing to do to offer refuge for those fleeing war, there were mistakes made:
