Calls to scrap spring and autumn time changes

There’s a call to stop changing the clocks twice a year.

Time went back one hour at 2am this morning, meaning people got more of a lie in today.

The European Parliament voted to remove daylight energy saving time permanently, but the plan to stop time changes was put on ice due to the pandemic.
