Irish people trust traditional banks over digital alternatives

A new report on the banking sector has found a majority of customers still trust their traditional bank over digital alternatives.

The State of Irish Banking report from Wise found 51% still have faith in businesses like AIB and Bank of Ireland, but still want to see more online services.

43% of customers use a combination of app based and bricks and mortar banking services with a further 19% feeling that Irish banks don’t offer enough help digitally.
