A new campaign to tackle dog fouling in the Derry City and Strabane District area has been launched.
Councillor Lilian Seenoi Barr is calling on Derry City and Strabane District Council to collaborate with organisations such as; Dogs Trust NI to launch a comprehensive educational campaign as well as the adoption of a campaign in England which focuses on greater vigilance and effective enforcement.
