Irish author Paul Lynch, raised in Inishowen, has won this year’s Booker Prize.
He becomes the fifth Irish author to earn the prestigious gong for his novel ‘Prophet Song’.
The Arts Council is extending its heartfelt congratulations to him.
It says Paul Lynch is a gifted, original writer, with an incredible commitment to his artistic practice.
