New laws fill the blanks in sexual offences legislation in the North

The PSNI says new laws which come into force in Northern Ireland today fill the blanks in sexual offences legislation.

New laws aim to specifically tackle cyber flashing, up-skirting, and down-blousing.

It means anyone who takes or sends an unwanted intimate picture or video could face up to two years in prison, and being put on the sex offenders register.
