ATU Donegal have a difficult start in the opening round of the Higher Education Sigerson Cup competition in January.
Maxi Curran’s side which features a number of Donegal panelists have been drawn away against last years beaten finalist University of Limerick.
That game will be played on Wednesday January 10th 2024.
The winner and loser of the tie will play the winner and loser from the Maynooth v MTC Cork fixture in rounds 2a and 2b.
Among the other games, ATU Sligo will take on St Mary’s, Ulster University were drawn against the champions UCC and Queens will play DCU.
