An Inishowen councillor is seeking to meet the Minister of State at the Department of Transport Jack Chambers in relation to the Glentogher road.
It comes as Cllr. Martin McDermott learned that €1.6 million of funding that had been granted to upgrade the road in 2017 is no longer available.
He says while temporary works were completed in early 2018, the road has a heavy flow of traffic and there are safety concerns:
