Continuing with our series of end of year interviews with the Cathoirlaigh of Donegal County Council and the county’s five municipal districts., we’ll now hear from Cllr Tom Conaghan, Cathaoirleach of the Donegal Municipal District.
Cllr Conaghan says it’s been a good year for the area so far, and began by offering his views on the new One Way system in Donegal Town.
It has come in for some scrutiny, but Cllr Conaghan believes it will be a success……….
