Derry City & Strabane District Council have issued a public notice detailing a technical fault that has caused problems to their phone lines.
They say lines are down across a number of services and venues.
There are technical teams working to fix the issues as soon as possible.
The council has apologised for any inconvenience caused and will have updates on their social media.
