Donegal County Council is inviting the public to have their say in developing the future plans for the old Courthouse in Letterkenny as a tourist attraction.
There will be a drop in event, this day week, Wednesday the 17th of January.
The project aims to make the historic Courthouse building a major tourist and increase visitor numbers to the town centre, as well as the wider Northwest region.
The event on Wednesday will be in the Courthouse from 2 o’clock in the afternoon until 8pm in the evening.
Here the public can find out more about the ideas, which will be explained by the consultancy team led by EPIC Heritage Consulting Ltd and the Regeneration Team of Donegal County Council.
Mayor of Letterkenny-Milford Municipal District, Cllr Kevin Bradley says there is a great deal of excitement about the potential on offer in the heart of Letterkenny town and is encouraging locals to be a part of the development.
