Finn Valley athlete wins Women’s Long Jump title at AAI Games

Finn Valley athlete Lauren Callaghan had four leaps over six metres as she won the Women’s Long Jump at the AAI Games held at the National Indoor Arena in Dublin.

Her longest jump was 6.07 m and in the end she finished five centimetres ahead of Sophie Meredith (St. Mary’s A.C.) with third going to Louise Kremer (Waterford A.C.) with 5.25m.
