Substantial damage was caused to a business premises in Raphoe on Friday morning after it was broken into.
An office window was removed from the property at Demense between 8am and 8:30am to gain entry.
An alarm was triggered and the perpetrators proceeded to smash the alarm.
A number of doors were forced open but nothing was stolen.
Anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area is asked to contact Gardai.
