Finn Harps goalkeeper Tim Heimer says when Darren Murphy was given the job it was an easy decision to stay with the Ballybofey side.
The German shot-stopper signed for Finn Harps in January last year as a free agent after having a long career with Bundesliga club Borussia Monchengladbach.
Harps start their new First Division campaign on Saturday evening away to Longford Town.
Heimer has been telling Chris Ashmore he feels there’s a different mindset going into the campaign this time around after a good pre-season.
