Coleman believes O’Shea fits the bill in managers job

The Republic of Ireland’s loss to Switzerland on Tuesday evening was the last game for interim head coach John O’Shea, who says he is ‘ready and capable’ to become a full time manager.

FAI Director of Football Marc Canham has said a permanent head coach to replace Stephen Kenny will be named next month.

Irish captain Seamus Coleman believes O’Shea fits the bill.
