Overhaul of LIS criteria aims to make scheme more accessible

An overhaul of the Local Improvement Scheme criteria aims to make the scheme more accessible.

The change announced by Minister Heather Humphreys yesterday, requires just one herd number for a valid LIS application meaning propeties sharing a lane can individually apply for funding to carry out improvements.
