Stormont’s Agriculture and Environment Minister says he’s not surprised to see the return of blue-green algae in Lough Neagh.
Last summer saw the blooms develop all over the lough and they’ve resurfaced again this year.
The Executive has now signed off on an action plan to tackle it.
