Gardaí from the Letterkenny Roads Policing Unit last night arrested a driver on suspicion of drug driving after they had tested positive for cocaine and cannabis.
The car they were driving had no insurance and the tax was out for over a year.
It was subsequently seized.
Fixed Charge Penalty Notices and a trip to court will follow.
