Derry City and Strabane District Council is appealing to people to refrain from damaging Christmas decorations around the city.
It’s not the first time damage has been caused to a number of the large decorations placed across Derry.
The Council says the damage comes at a cost to everyone and also poses a serious risk of injury.
They’re warning that those who engage in such anti-social behaviour will be caught and held responsible.
