The dumping of a dead dog in a clothing bank in West Donegal has highlighted the plague of illegal dumping in the county once again.
The Alsatian dog was found discarded wrapped in blankets in the Falcarragh area in recent times.
Councillor Michael McClafferty has condemned the incident.
