A self styled community activist and citizen journalist in Buncrana has defended a plan to protest outside the homes of people working on the development of an IPAS centre at Walkers’ Lane in the town.
Kim McMenamin says the centre, if completed, will put people in Buncrana at risk, and he believes it’s imperative that the community be protected from that risk.
