The selling price of the average second-hand three-bed semi house in Donegal has surpassed €200,000 for the first time according to the Real Estate Alliance.
A survey has shown that the price rose by 19% in the past year.
This quarter reports that the average Bundoran prices this quarter are €210,000 an increase of 2% while prices in Milford rose by 3% to €195,000 this period, representing a 30% annual increase.
