Mona McSharry has qualified for another final at the World Aquatics World Cup this evening.
The Sligo native, who trains out of Marlins Swimming Club in Ballyshannon, finished second in her heat and third fastest overall in the women’s 100 metre breaststroke in the USA.
She’ll return to the pool later after already finishing fifth in the 200m breaststroke decider this week.
Meanwhile, Dublin’s Ellen Walsh is also in action later when she goes in the heats of the women’s 400 metre medley.
