A £500 pound fine was handed down to man from Derry for aiding and abetting a proscribed organisation.
39 year old William McDonnell from Derry appeared in Derry Magistrates Court having been convicted of abetting under section 13 the Terrorism Act 2000.
He was seen carrying placards with IRA written on them in April of 2023.
A search of his home uncovered tins of green, white and orange paint.
