Derry City will face Shamrock Rovers in their final home game of the season at the Ryan McBride Brandywell on Sunday afternoon.

Shamrock Rovers need only a point to be crowned SSE Airtricity League Champions, but have struggled to get over the line in recent weeks.

Tiernan Lynch says his players have given everything this season and are aiming to secure 2nd spot.
